All Hail

What is this life I now live?
The life that only Jesus Christ can give
You see He bled and suffered and died
This I couldn't understand no matter how I tried

Then one day Jesus took my hand and called my name
He said yes my child, it was for you I came
I knew that in time your life would be mine
The supper table is ready, come and dine

My blood was shed to wash away your sin
To make you clean from deep within
Now you are saved by my amazing grace
Your sin now in remission, not even a trace

I have a testimony to tell today
Jesus is my Redeemer, my debts He did repay
Thank you for the cross, the thorns and the nail
For now I say with fervour, Oh Jesus, ALL HAIL.
