Isaiah’s Temple of Mt.
Hope Spiritual Baptist Church is not only feeding its community with
spiritual food, but also with hot meals and groceries.
‘Isaiah’s Temple’ is
located at 862 Glenmore Avenue, Brooklyn, New York under the guidance of Dr.
Voni Johyn. Dr. Johyn commands a group of hard-working and dedicated
individuals who distribute hot meals, groceries and clothing to the
residents of East New York and Brownsville, Brooklyn. They also provide
counseling to HIV patients and others in need.
What is remarkable about
these individuals is that although they belong to various nationalities they
seem united by a common purpose, namely helping the less privileged and
appear to exercise a joy doing so.

Spiritual Baptist Church on Queens Public Television (QPTV) on Channel 34
Wednesday 6:00 pm, Channel 35 Saturday noon, and Channel 56 Wednesday noon,
as well as Brooklyn Community Access Television (BCAT) First and Third
Sunday of the month Channel 35 and 67 at 10:30 am.
