Eligible immigrants in Brooklyn can go to the Brooklyn Public Library for assistance in applying for U.S. visas through the Electronic Diversity Visa Lottery. The Brooklyn Public Library will provide such assistance every Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the locations listed below:
